Terms of purchase

Generally

These terms apply to Redline.se e-commerce. The service is owned and operated by Mediabyrån M66 AB (corporate identity number 556906-3802) hereinafter referred to as Redline.se.

To become a customer, you must be 18 years of age, be of legal age and have the right to enter into an agreement. By clicking on 'Complete purchase' on the checkout page, you accept our terms of purchase.

 

Ordering

To shop, order at www.redline.se For questions about your order, contact our customer service.

We will return with an answer within 48 hours on non-holiday weekdays. During weekends and red days, the response time may be slightly longer.

 

Stop an order

Our order flow is very fast and involves several departments. The fast handling is necessary for us to be able to deliver to all our customers within the promised times and we therefore do not have the opportunity to stop a completed order. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.

 

Prices

The prices on Redline.se are stated in EUR including VAT. Depending on the shipping option you choose, a shipping fee may be added to your purchase. We reserve the right to make errors in price and / or product information. In the event of any errors, we reserve the right to correct them retrospectively, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

 

Delivery

We use UPS or Postnord as delivery of the order. According to the Distance Contracts Act (2005: 59), we are responsible for the delivery all the way to you. Should your order be delayed, we or the selected carrier will contact you to inform you of the delay and any new estimated delivery time. If the delay in delivery is of significant importance, you have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

 

Uncollected / received packages

If you do not pick up your order on time from an agent, box or we do not manage to reach you for your home delivery, it will be sent back to Redline.se. You will then be reimbursed for all products except those that are not covered by the right of withdrawal (see Right of withdrawal below) and also charged EUR 7,9 costs associated with your return. We do this because we want to reduce unnecessary transport and save on the environment.

 

Payment

Redline.se has Paypal as a partner for payments. The checkout page shows the total amount of your order. By clicking on 'Complete purchase', you accept Redline.se and Paypal terms. Through Paypal Checkout, Svea offers the various payment methods Invoice and card payment. Paypal uses the 3D-Secure security solution when paying by card. The personal data available about you as a customer will be handled in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Ordinance

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act (2005: 59). The withdrawal period begins to apply from the time you have notified us that you wish to return an item. Then you send the item to us within 14 days, you are responsible for the shipping fee. If you want to regret parts of your purchase, it is of course possible. Then we will refund you for goods you send back, but not any shipping costs. The product must be in substantially unchanged condition, ie unused and undamaged. Otherwise, Redline.se can make a price deduction that corresponds to the product's depreciation. For certain goods, such as hygiene items and sex toys, uninterrupted sealing also applies. Over-the-counter and prescription drugs, refrigerated goods and food are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. When returning, you can use the Swedish Consumer Agency's regret form (which you can download here). However, this is not a requirement.

Here's how to return an item

Contact customer service via email order@redline.se to ensure that the right of withdrawal applies to the products you ordered.

  1. Put the products you want to return in a package. For example, the same package in which you received the goods.

Write "Return" on the package and your order number. You will find this on your order and delivery confirmation.

Leave the return with your nearest postal agent or with stamps in a mailbox. You are responsible for the postage cost and are responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse. Feel free to save a receipt with a tracking number from the submission.

Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving notification that you have regretted your purchase. Before a refund can be made, however, you may have to wait until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first. Some payment methods require that the repayment be made via Svea. In those cases, you will receive instructions from customer service.

 

Complaint

If you have received a defective item and want to complain about it, please contact our customer service and describe the defect on the item as clearly as possible. You get help from us with the return of the item. After we have received the product, an assessment is made of the product and if it is considered incorrect, you are entitled to compensation. As a customer, you are responsible for examining the delivered goods carefully upon receipt to ensure that they are faultless.

As a consumer, you have a three-year right to make a complaint, with the exception of the goods that deteriorate before. Complaints must, however, be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after you discovered the error.
